ChemScreen Laboratory Services Inc. was established in August, 2001 in 6th AveBelleville. It is a registered Laboratory in Barbados under the Health Service Act 1976. Our mission is to provide specialized scientific services with emphasis on quality and quick turnaround time. Our objective is to provide accurate and reliable results which assist physicians in patient management. ChemScreen started business operations out of one small room with one worker, offering only basic chemistry tests, full blood count and DNA paternity collection. ChemScreen has since grown in staff complement, workspace and now offers a more comprehensive test listing including Serology, Microbiology and Environmental Testing. In 2011, a Collection Centre was opened in theWarrens Healthcare Complex to complement the Belleville location and this location caters for wheelchair access. In 2024, another collection point was opened in Prerogative St. George.
